Non-Refundable Items

• Used monthly subscriptions (after 7 days)
• Consumed service credits
• Accounts terminated for Terms of Service violations
• Subscriptions purchased through third-party platforms

Processing Time

After approval, the time for funds to appear depends on your payment method and bank. Credit card refunds typically take 5-10 business days, while some payment methods may take longer.

Subscription Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription anytime. After cancellation:

• Retain access for remainder of current billing period
• No automatic renewal
• Data retained for 30 days for export
